Sucker rod is used to prevent the pumping rod centralizer and columns and tubing wall friction. Our company can produce the twisted card sucker rod centralizer, with installation and removal easy, high strength, high toughness, low creep, low water absorption, anti-corrosion oil, wear characteristics. Twist-On rod guides contain no metal clip insert. Tests, however, indicate an excellent holding strength due to design and materials. The Twist-On style rod guide can easily be installed with a pipe wrench, and withstands temperatures up to 2000 F.
Three Types
1) Wheel centralizer: When sucker rod works, wheels roll on tubing inside. It can avoid sucker rod rubbing with tubing pipe;
2) Rod shaped centralizer: When sucker rod works, nylon block touches tubing inside, it can avoid sucker rod rubbing with tubing pipe. Nylon block can rotate, then the rub is even wear. The user only change nylon block replace rod body, which reduces fabrication-cost;
3) Twist centralizer: Low cost, easily operated.
